Investigating Threats to Chimps in Uganda
.
What if you could support wildlife in their habitat? Emily and Mike Bygrave did precisely that on their ÃÀ¼§ÉçÇø expedition to Uganda. The couple joined researchers led by Dr. Fred Babweteera to study threats to chimps in the Budongo Forest. Here, fruit production is rapidly declining, forcing chimps to find food elsewhere—sometimes by raiding farmers’ crops. As part of this expedition, volunteers join scientists who seek to understand food decline and support farmers and primate foragers. Thank you, Mike and Emily, for sharing this video of your experience and supporting this critical work!
